Selamat Hari Raya~Please forgive me for all my sarcasm, MIA-ness and wrong-doings.
InsyaAllah, next year will be a better year (:
since i'm in such a bad mood, i'll just write the highlights of Hari Raya 2009.
1) my atuk's sister-in-law passed away 2 days before raya.
tragic or what sia.
*prays that she's doing great on the other side*
so now for my atuk's side, only he is left.
the rest have all went before him.
what a sad note to start raya with.
2) my family is clad in owange!
MY IDEA. muahahaha..
very bright man. hoho..ooh. n my daddy is missing..
n i notice a lot of families wear green.
colour of the year or what?
3) i saw a hamster, w only half of it's body coated w fur.
i was abt to ask why don't bring it to the vet but then i stopped.
story goes tt they found a pregnant hamster and hence kept her.
then the horror story unveils itself.
-some of the young ones was eaten by the mama hammie apparently.
-and the rest died because
"oh..we forgot to check if the ball bearing of the water dispenser is working and so when we checked the hamsters, they're stone dead. haha"
ccb. i'm sorry. but i just have to curse.
firstly, hamsters only eat their young if YOU touched the babies after they were born.
you are NOT supposed to touch them at all during the first few days!
then the mama hamster won't recognize the smell of her babies and eat them.
secondly, you are supposed to check on a daily basis to change the food/water for hammies.
esp for ball bearing water dispensers, it's known to spoil and you have to ensure it's working!
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER dammit.
how very disturbing.
i hate irresponsible pet owners.
being a guardian of a cute little hammie called Nur'akiki, i did my research for a month before i adopted her ok.

glad he's doing so well despite the repeated trips to the hospital.5) being closer to my mum's side, every year during 1st day of Syawal is traumatizing to me as i do not even get to see my fav cousins.
they always come to my place as the grandparents are living with us.
but early in e morning, i have to go to my paternal atuk's place already.
so every single year, i miss out on family pictures tt they take at my place.
i am not pleased.
i want the best of both worlds, cannot meh?
bad bad mood.
throbbing headache.
i call this post-Ramadhan stress.
it went by so fast this year.
usually i'd be counting down, but this year it came and went just like tt.
kan Nabi saw sabda, "Kalau umatku tahu apa yang ada pada bulan Ramadhan, maka mereka akan mahukannya setiap bulan."
might not be exact, but the context is there. lol..
